WORK CYCLES / OUR FATHER

Andreas Felger’s paintings of the ‘Our Father’ correspond in clarity and conciseness to the wording of the prayer. The pictorial symbols of the entire cycle are based on an extremely reduced formal vocabulary, which offers a resonance space for subjective feelings and interpretations and at the same time remains so universally understandable that everyone can be addressed.

Andreas Felger has created various groups of works and cycles that form thematic units. In the sense of travelling exhibitions, they can be borrowed from the foundation’s collection on request.
