Artlines – Mirrorimages

For around 40 years, the regional archive has been collecting works of art by notable contemporary local and regional artists on behalf of the county of Reutlingen. To mark the archive’s anniversary, the exhibition KUNSTLINIEN – SPIEGELBILDER (ART LINES – MIRROR IMAGES) will show one work from the collection and one more recent work by each artist.

The juxtaposition reveals changes and developments in the artists’ work and provides an opportunity to reflect on artistic positions from the 1980s to the present day. We are delighted that Andreas Felger is participating in the project with two works: Bridge between worlds is a woodcut from 1988 that corresponds with the current untitled oil painting from 2024.
